Hmmm! I am proficient in PHP, XML, MySQL, HTML, Flash Actionscript, Javascript to employ actions/behaviors resulting on the website.

So you better stick with your Computer Technician or A+ Repairer or IT Administrator to manage computer networking system like you mentioned on Shout Box running cybercafe. But you still have basic HTML and TCP/IP for configuration purpose---not requirement but it is more beneficial to know how using CMS.

It is one of the best for any serious beginner who will be interested in learning how to code and not just editing templates. It's good to know the source rather than periphery, what are you waiting for start learning and practicing and should you encounter some issues you can discuss that in the forum.
